They told me it uses the same parts as a stock turbo and to use a stock rebuild kit and the 72 uses a different kit. I found one online for $120. Unless someone has a better price.

Does anyone know where I can get a rebuild kit for my 71 at a decent price? This turbo is almost a year old and has 6k miles. It started throwing white smoke out the exhaust last wednesday. I parked it and pulled the turbos Saturday.

I have some nice videos of all three runs and I have decent pics too. He put on a show! 6.4s were 1st and 3rd on fuel at this day. I post the videos soon.

I made it thru with 12wide wheels and 35x12.5. I had to drive the truck thru half of it.... It's was a little tight but made it thru.

He checked the length against the intake pushrod and its the exact same length. It's ran fine since last year when the pushrods were installed.
