I'm installing ACC (automatic cruise control) in my 2020 F350 Lariat and I ordered the parts from Sunrise webpage on May 27, Invoice #1142986. There is a problem with the distance sensor assembly HC3Z-9E731-A for $597.27. The PN on the box is correct, but the PN on the part is HC3T-9G768-AD. How can I get this returned for the correct part?

HC3T-9G768-AD is Ford's engineering number for part number HC3Z-9E731-A... it is the same part.

Everything I am seeing shows that these two part numbers should be correct... Is there any chance you have a VIN for a truck already equipped? Also, I am not sure that this is even something that can be added, most of the new electronic equipment is controlled by the BCM which may not be able to "see" an add on...?
