I feel the same way, I love sitting here with my favorite beverage and taking notes. I am waiting for 36,000 mile mark, that's what I promised the wife, then I will be spending some money. Of course that means that I drive the truck everywhere.

So you must do a lot of extra driving.

This thing feels so much more positive on shifts! I'm s like a whole different truck.

And fwiw there was three guys I the truck, full fuel cell and all the original weight. I'd say 9600 easy...m

The trans keeps shifting better. It's very refreshing compared to the factory slushbox. Lol, very happy with all of it so far.

Is the stock 15 pump tapped ?

Yes very much so. This 68 need more fuel.

The point I have been trying to make for months. It's all about the air not the fuel. Great job Morgan!

Oh, it needs more fuel for sure. The 64 that was in it cleaned it up, the 68 is saying give me more! But of corse the larger turbo is alway better. But over all I was running 37/57 area with the 64 and small turbine. I'm now getting 44/58 with the 68 and large turbine.

That sounds pretty dang good to me. Does it spool as well as the 64? How do you think the set up would do towing on a more mild tune of course. :clapping:

Yes is spools nearly identical at part throttle. When you go from a roll a just punch it, it's a little slower. But it by far a very good driving turbo. Sixth gear tc locked it tends to kick down a gear before it builds boost more so than the 64. But that's to be expected with a larger turbo. I would have no problem towing with this turbo. And I fully well plan on it.

Rods over 600 hp are your own risk no matter what turbo. That is what I tell everyone.

You can blow rods out bone stock with a crappy tune.

I don't want to hurt the motor, but if it goes then I guess I'll fix it. Part of the R&D experience! Lol
