After the truck was returned to stock, then reflashed by ford, who reloaded the tune? You or "someone" else? The P041D is an EGR sensor code. Could it be that whomever loaded it clicked "No, the egr is not deleted"

Yeah Corb, call me whenever you get this. You select "Yes, the egr has been disabled" if you dont have the complete EGR delete. WHEN you get the full egr delete, Eric will have to rewrite your tunes for a complete delete

You still need to select that the egr is deleted because it turns it off.

damn... learn something new every day.... Ill give that a shot.... LOL

yup.... i am a dumb azz..... selecting YES, when it asks if you have deleted EGR components..... even if you have the EGR still there..... makes all the codes go away......

It basically closes the system so nothing flows through it anymore.
