Well not much to read up on here. WDI Trans shifts flawlessly and has 1100 miles on it now. It feels like a stock 6R trans honestly. I've taken multiple people for a spin in the truck and nobody believes me when I tell them it's a fully built 6R.
I blocked off the secondary trans cooler for winter. Temps on the highway are about 180*-185* running 80mph and get to about 195*-200* in the city now going light to light. I'll unblock it in the summer.
Oil Temps on the highway are about 150* and get to about 170* in the city with Jims remote bypass kit being mounted on the exterior passenger side frame rail. The cold weather is definitely making that thing act like a heat (cold) exchanger basically for the oil as it filters it.
UDP is working on getting a custom insulated sleeve for the filter that has thermal properties so we can get oil temps up a bit. We would like for it to see 170-180 pretty much all of the time. Once this is ironed out I believe the kits will be available for sale to the general public. They will work on emissions equipped truck and dleet trucks as well.
That's all I have to report on. I have no more plans for this truck anymore so not much more will happen in this thread. It might get an update when it goes back on the dyno but that's it.
Thanks everyone for following along!
