I got the main body painted, and glass back in it. I've temporarily put the textured black handles in it, but plan on doing ptm before it's done. I also wanted to see if I like the black, which I kind of do, but not enough to keep them. There's still a very long way to go, and I've got to get caught up on some other projects, but it was good to get the interior weather tight at least. Katzkins showed up as well. I mostly finished the back seats, but a major obstacle I see will be getting the seat belts re-belted. I'm still working on that one, so if anybody knows a company doing that, I'm all ears.

I guess that wasn't very clear. It's because all my belts are tan, and I'm going all black on the interior. I know I can buy new ones for the front, but not the excursion seats.

Well, I had to rush to get this street legal as I got a fancy new motor and trans for my truck, and need to have them done before thanksgiving. Without the truck or the unfinished excursion, all my wife and I have is a piece of junk kia, and sharing that car while the truck is down is not something I looked forward to. The interior is mostly bare metal, but I got front seats and seat belts in so it'll pass a safety inspection, and mostly finished the outside. Most importantly though, I got all the title work and registration straightened out, and it's legal to drive. It sure is noisy inside going down the road LOL

Thanks guys. I actually put tan belts back in the front 2 seats for the moment just to temporarily have it street worthy while the truck is down. I have the black dye I'm gonna try when I get some time, but if that doesn't work perfectly, I'll have them re-webbed.

Sophie; my truck is just an '08 silver crew cab long bed lariat. I'll probably do a build thread on it once the rest of my OUO lift is done and ready to go on
