Bottom line is they were pissed off we threw him out of the store.
Hindsight we would have politely asked Dan to stay in Canada. we actually lost 3700 dollars on the job, Dan was not satisfied, and it is literally the only unsatisfied customer we have on these kits.
The guy on ebay even got the turbo and is happy with it.

By the way I am not your problem here... I see though your crap and so does everyone else. PSA, compd, .org.

As far as Ray's oil leak, and Dan's bellow common sense have to be used.

If you have a truck and it leaks shut it off and fix it.

Do you think any parts store is going to replace an engine because a water pump you bought leaked??

Thank you for the welcome (I think). I'm his father so it's hard to not "feel". I can say that from his customer reviews, and many of his customers that I have run into locally have told me how pleased they are with the service they have received. I also know he has gone to great lengths to ensure total customer satisfaction. Do I factually have any knowledge about all of the stuff posted on the site, no so I will refrain from discussing.

So, he called you with his concern about the fitting, y'all told him it was fine.

He installed it.

It leaked.

He didn't catch the leak.

His engine smoked.

You don't really think logically.

Either way he said he knew it was leaking, heard it start ticking, and still drove it.
there was nothing we could do.
I spoke with him personally several times, and he never once told us he was upset.
