Well if I clean out the inside of the connector with a rag to get the oil out will it be okay?

Oil leaks into the electrical connection because the internal seal is bad. Only way to fix that is replace it with new.

Just to see what's going on.
I'm near Ann Arbor.
Definitely replace that icp sensor.
