I bet it's a while before you're brave enough to floor it considering previous luck. I hope it goes better for you this round.

Oh...you got that right. Lol

I just pray to God that when I start it up, I see 70 psi of oil, and not 15-20.

I just want it to run again. Tomorrow will be the first start...(charging up the batteries overnight.)

Looks great, can't wait to see how the new charger combo works for you. Especially that new Low Pressure.

If you look really close at the fuel pressure regulator, you will see a nifty bracket I made using an old connecting rod, an engine lifting bracket, 2 fan stator stand off bolts, and a 2.5" piece of 3/4" flat iron.
It holds the pipe from the primary to the secondary solid, so it doesn't rest on the top rad hose.

Looks purddy! I wanna hear her run!

Truck is looking good Knick!

Sorry to get off subject........

Back to the thread, it sure sounds good to hear them pop to life after they've been down awhile. I bet you've got what you want under the hood now, Ivan. I'm sure she's going to be a fun ride.

PURTY! Vids are next right?

The last time I shot a video of my twins, I never noticed the oil pressure gauge drop to 15 psi...and the back 2 rods decided to weld their rod bearing Halves together and seize the engine. :fustrate:

Sooooo.....no videos for awhile...

Thanks Lonnie! Now she just needs some compounds like you and Ivan! then I'm sure a built transmission too.

Definitely a trans, only took a single to hurt mine. But Ivan is way ahead of me with his. It's all back together and about to be kickin' ass. I've actually got quads right now......

4 chargers all on my workbench at the shop:doh:

Slick bracket there, Ivan.

Wow awsome! What are some of the specs on the turbos/ injectors? Some day I plan to build something like this.

I don't race for any points or anything like that, so here is what's inside:

-Bored 0.020" over.
-MAHLE pistons have reduced compression, valve notches, and are coated. They also have Total Seal gap-less rings for the second ring on each piston.
-Cunningham rods.
-Colt Cam stage 2 camshaft.
-Smith Brothers chromoly pushrods.
-new roller lifters.
-I bought the injectors from Jesse, but I think they are from Ryan Casserly. They are 225/100's.
-New HPOP from a +05 year engine, along with all new stc fitting, branch tubes, etc.
-Bullet Proof water pump.
-GoGo stage one intake manifold.
-Modified BD-Power diverter valve. (No diverter valve)
-Heads have multiangle valve job, all set to the same depths on intake and exhaust. Beehive springs set at 120 lbs on the seat. Ported by Curtis Halvorson.
-H-11 head studs with stock Ford head gaskets.
-Ceramic coated inside and out manifolds, up-pipes, "Y" adaptor, and BD-Power adaptor.
-Elite Diesel's billet LPOP gear set.
-Self made twin turbo system with turbos from Forced Induction, and Engineered Diesel.

Turbo spec's:

Primary: BW S482 82/92/1.10 T-6 footprint, port matched to the manifold.

Secondary: BW S363 63/68/.70 T-3 footprint, port matched to BD-Power adaptor.
-Waste gate ports opened up from .500" to .680"
-Using a spring style waste gate actuator instead of relying on boost pressure to operate the diaphragm. WAY easier to set up, all you need is an allen wrench. (No hoses to blow off at all.)

Jesse said they were one of the first sets he built
