This is another thing that makes me lean towards a injector leak, this is in the All out tune, adrenaline is close to brand new.. I realize it may be a bit small for 250/100s but is this acceptable ? let me know if you cant make that out...

You have a o ring or two starting to go out on the drivers side.

I know it sucks to have to pull the VC and all the injectors on that other side but you really need to. Consider that all those injectors orings where put in the same time and the same quality. If 4 of them were shot then its a better than 90% chance they are all going or are at least somewhat gone. They also can when they go just fail. Seem OK one day next they are tits up. No matter what they need to get swapped out IMO. If they are split a little shift this way or that and they might seal when tested but thru use and the oil pulsing etc they shift again and then puke. Got change them out.

Internal o-rings? You mean sending the injectors off to be rebuilt? Well that could be the case if they were puking oil because the poppet seats were not sealing from wear but I thought these injectors had only 15K on them.

Hang on a second. You have 15K on these and they had the o-rings go bad. Hmm Where did these injectors come from and what are the specs?

where did you get them from?

they are 250cc/100s from Full Force Diesel. ( ordered through beans) about 2 years ago. drove it for 12k miles, blew pmr motor swapped everything to a forged rod motor, replaced o rings when I swapped motors. and ran for 3-4k miles.

I cant find anthing about full forces warranty if there is one, and weather or not getting them from beans is going to make a difference..

I remember a truck a while back, had a o ring under the solenoid that was leaking oil out and causing a no start, we pulled the solenoid he replaced the o ring, and problem solved.

If you used the same o rings in both motors. The orings on the driver side can very well be the culprit as TARM has stated. I've made the habit of installing new orings every time an injector comes out.

Nope new onrings every time they come out. I learned quick one time when in
had a turbo on for about 3 hours, pulled it, re used onrings and sure as hell started leaking .

They were alliant o rings. Ford ones are going back on

Change out the other side o-rings and see what happens. You changed out the one side and that stopped the drainage on that side. Usually if you get a number of orings go bad then its a good chance its most of them.

Did you ever check the LPOP pressure? If you have a fuel pressure guage, the fitting in the fuel bowl screws right in place where the reservoir plug is. That way you can monitor LP oil while driving.

Could it also be a cracked pick up tube?
