Lol... I HONESTLY thought they would last longer.. maybe 13k miles. 5 sled tugs, 6 dyno pulls , MAYBE 15 races... Other than that its been on eco tune....

Wow thats surprising I have made 15 races in a day and mine never leaves the race or street tune. Probably 50 races and driving the heck out of it every day and no issues to date. Mine will be ran wide open in the race tune at least once a day just to make sure she still got it :ford:

When David's went bang, and I heard about how he drove, I thought to myself that I was golden.... Then again, not Matt's tunes.. I thought surely they would be at least good enough for 30k, especially with how I drove it

Maybe some advice. Uncle Sam bent me over

Would it be ok to take the motor with 150-180 k one it, hone it, ring it , do rods and mains and throw it in? Everything in my Sig will be going into it...

Obviously not a permanent fix, but would het me back on the road...

What about head gaskets? With studs maybe...i dont see you getting the heads to seal very good. I could be wrong but I juat wanted to.get you thinking about that.
