Just made a dyno run at Antrim Diesel's Dyno day yesterday, did 427/815 with my 66mm with 1.15 A/R housing, 250/200's, t500, regulated return, with totally stock motor.

I know there is more to be made with a larger turbo, but for being a drop in without needing to change mount I was pretty impressed. I'll post dyno sheet soon.

So whos tuning do you run, and was the truck retuned to utilize this new turbo?

So what turbo was the tuning built for? Stock turbo? And the fueling was for 175/80s?

Methinks a good tune would result in more hp/tq.

So while merely speculating, it would seem possible for more hp and tq w/ proper tuning.

I will be buying one of your turbos in roughly 1 month or so, pal.

I agree with better tuning and those injectors, they would make more hp. Although, I do not recommend this turbo to be ran with anything over a 238/100 tops. I am pretty much testing my own turbos to the limit. Trying to see how long it will last with the bigger injectors.

BIG CORRECTION ON INJECTORS, THEY WERE 230/200's not 250/200's. Sorry for the mixup to anyone.

I dont recommend the turbo over 40psi. My current setup runs 36psi on an e99 setup with the 1.15 housing and larger e series turbine wheel.

The problem that occurs is the shaft can snap when you let out of a hard pull at 40psi or above. Also the thrust bearing, even though a 360 degree, can still fail if the boost/drive pressure ratio is past 1/1.1 boost to drive

so a large gate or two would help this turbo survive at higher then 35 psi of boost? no matter what the injector size?

for the most part... keep drive pressures in check and dont let off extremely hard when making 40+psi. Thats if it will even make 40psi. Most I have seen is 36 maybe 37 tops.

Turbo should be fine at any psi under 40 as long as boost/drive pressure ratio is in check. Any drive pressure over 45-50psi will probably wipe it thrust faster than normal.
