As far as cast making more power than a billet wheel i dont think that will ever happen
Even chase fleece picked up 100hp on 75 cast to 75 billet with bullseye standard billet wheel

Thats a crazy huge gain. Do you have more specs on truck or charger? Any chance we could get dyno graphs of those?

It would be sweet if we could see the curves in relation to each other.

Another 6 blade vs 7 blade

Hats off to Fleece for being the first to give real live back to back dyno
data using our new 6 Bladed billet wheel vs the standard 7 bladed cast
wheel. After flow testing on our own in house turbo dyno test stand we
picked up 90 cfm at 30 psi but when fleece put it on the rollers using their
heavily modded Common Rail Cummins pick up it gained just over 100 whp. It
brought the power up from 864 to 968.

Another 6 blade vs 7 blade

Thanks to Danville Performance for supplying us with some back to back dyno
data on their Duramax compound setup. After only changing the compressor
wheel from the standard 75mm cast to our new 6 bladed billet they picked up
60 hp and 110 Tq at 3000 rpm with a tremendous increase in spool up, towing
and drivability. Check out the dyno graph and look down around 2200 rpm and
you'll see a nearly 400 ft/lbs of torque increase

Craig, what is your opinion on the wheels as far as reliability and strength? I've heard of some failures, but I'm not really sure what to think of them.

I've never seen one explode or has bullseye received a turbo back that the wheel was destroyed
The issues you seen with the dodge chargers was in the s300 frame the guys were spraying with no gate and breaking the shafts
And there was a rumor going around that another turbocharger guy started
