Thank You Everyone. Once I GetThe Motor Torn Down And See Exactly What I Need I Will Send Out Pm's For Parts. I Just Pulled The Motor Last Night And Popped The Pan Off. I Went From A Complete Truck To The Engine On The Stand In Two And Half Hours( I Felt Like That Was Pretty Good). I'll Post More Pics Of What I Find.

I Got On It In 3rd Thru Overdrive And Right When I Let Off It Sounded Like Glass In A Blender For About 10 Seconds And Then It Locked Up And That Was It.

So how can you tell other contributing factors like crank walk etc.
Vs the crank being displaced because of the rods..ie Marty is running larger injectors.
Luck of the build?.

A failure of that nature is likely from a hydraulic lock situation. I would NOT blame this on rod failure. I would quickly point the finger to block failure first.

Quite possible of a piston separation issue as well...

Just throwing that out there.
