Judging by the pics That's a late 99. Power stroke badge is on the door as oppose to the fender.

E99s came with either a fender badge or a door sticker, you cant go on badging alone unless it has just a fender badge...

Based on the last (and olderst looking) picture, its an e99. Explains the d66 instead of 38r too.

he confirmed it's a e99. It's got some PA rust on it though so probably gonna steer clear.

End result will be stock height on 20's and 33's of whatever I buy. If its older than 05 it will get the front end conversion. would honestly prefer a 7.3 to a 6.0

I like the first one the best, followed by the burnt orange truck. Some of those 6.0s are rouuuuuuuugh.

Yea the first silver one seems to have the most potential. Just not sure what is be in it with body work to take car of that passenger side. Can you repair rust on the wheel wells or does the bed have to be replaced?

For a long bed, it's cheaper to just replace the bed versus fixing existing (if you're fixing it correctly and cutting/replacing the metal). For a short bed, depends on what kind of deal you can find and what the underside is like.
