Rcsb wouldn't do real well

Sent from my Milestone X2 using Tapatalk 2

I've thought about this a lot and I think that a rcsb ford might do better than most would think. The reason being is that the fords are heavier than the other brands... A rcsb ford is pretty comparable in weight to a ecsb duramax. The place where the ford would be at a disadvantage would be the sled pulls, but I still think they weigh enough to compete.

The last 2 years the fords have proven that they do very well sled pulling... Even with less power than the competition. Andy Parker won sled pulls in '11 I believe, as did Erik last year.

Plus, the crew cabs are usually at a weight disadvantage on the opposite end of the spectrum for events at the track. Having less driveline could turn out to be a good thing for durability.

I agree. If i was going i would focus on all the pavement events and plan to just do decent sled pulling. It would be far easier to set the truck up to do well in the racing events. Although the trailer obstacle course might get hairy with a single cab short bed.

My Buddy Dustin got in with his 6.0. Make sure you send out a vote for him. He has a solid build and will represent the Blue oval well!!!!
