Last years numbers were also corrected, these are uncorrected. This dyno has less giving today, but when we reved it higher before starting the run and sprayed that ***er lit hard. Was told some were stepping back cause it freaked them out. LOL

As soon as we were told what the second run was I said unhook it. No reason or need to try to go higher; it may have, but 2nd is great in my book. Tomorrow will tell a lot.

I plan on making it to Redding for that event.
i bet it looked like it was going to lift the dyno off the ground... would like to have seen everyone's faces say OOHHH FUUUKK when it lit!! bad ass erik... good call on not running any more then needed...

Probably can't post any 3rd party pic's or vid's until the event completes and articles release from Diesel Power Mag.
Other than what DPM posts on FaceBook.

The crews have their hands full as is. Drag racing is coming up so they have to make sure everything is in working order.

We don't have 4:30's to properly fix Erik's axle, so Tadd's 6.4 temporarily donated a set of 4.56's with a Detroit for the sled pull. There's like 8 guys helping with the swap now. Looks like heavy spray is the plan to make up needed ground to finish well tomorrow

Erik, all the guys from Dave Heafner's team (Dave, Buddy, Zach, & Brian), Garrett Perona, JD Gleason, Tadd Layton, Me, Dustin Woodhouse, and Mike Haller. It's definitely a temporary setup as no torque wrenches were used, but the pinion seal was (with the help of a lot of grey death sealant) LOL
