Good info. The newer zf6's have a higher input spline count. Not sure if that's the only difference, but the torque rating is higher I think?I was planning on using a zf5 since I have 3 of them, but Mr Stauffer said they don't like torque, but a zf6 would handle it nicely
That makes sense.He said the input shaft is much larger in diameter plus the internal pump help keep fluid going to stressed areas and aids in cooling.

What are they charging you to do that? Btw, if you know what pully diameter and belt type (seerpentine), I might try to make one for you.My Rotating assembly is getting balanced this week.

cam bearings were probably copper when new
