did anyone have funky numbers?

with what i have in sig, i pulled 342/676. doesnt seem like even close to what it should be. i made two easy passes and pulled 74mph in the 1/8 coming out soft off the line.

It's tight for sure. Any idea what your truck weighs? 6.0 are tough to dyno.

no clue. whatever a stock ccsb 250 weighs with spare tire, tow hitch and all. plus a tool box full of chit, 8k+? just a guess. i didnt expect a good et so i didnt try. ill post a video later but i ran a [email protected] with a 1.92 60' and barely built any boost on launch, basically enough just to not bog down. i jut wanted to see if the dyno matched my mph.

I would say it's a little low. Calculator says around 420. That's being generous assuming your truck back halfs 20 mph and you actually weigh 8k.

Like I always say it's a tuning tool...

So did they have a sh!tty dyno and no 1/4 mile track either??

no previous experience with the dyno. but with matts srlxx full fuel tune 4" straight pipe and the other little things i have i only made 342hp from what i gather thats anywhere from 60-100hp low.

and yeah, no 1/4 mile. they had 1/8 and sled pull

it was hallers dyno, usually pretty accurate, but you gotta earn it.

Aarons extended cab did like 870 on hallers, i think its done 925 on Aarons, which has been known to be a touch high. Either way dyno's are tuning tools no matter what

Man it seems like a lot of these guys think the dyno was 60-100 whp low.... Truth is killing some people.

It's no secret that a setup like this typically lays down 400-420 rwhp, but again not all dynos are the same. You should never get on a dyno with high expectations.

Yep they call this the heartbreaker for a reason I dynoed last year 491hp with mods in my sig and had a friend with a common rail with twins dyno 560 hp yesterday needless to say he was upset

Last year I went 8.1 at 87 @580hp. 8550lbs I was thinking I should have been around 630-650hp. I would think at 400+ you would have done better then a 9.3?

i didnt try for an et. i posted slips for mph reference only. i had a 4 hour drive home and its my only vehicle so i didnt want a broken trans trying to boosted launch for an et. mph shows power.
