E99 7.3 Running like chit

I warm my truck up and take off. Truck runs great from 1000RPM to 2000RPM but somewhere between 2000 and 2500RPM it starts to, for lack of a better term, studder. I tried to recreate this issue while recording. Here is a video.

I know this video is probably hard to hear but hopefully someone knows what I'm going through. Truck is currently tuned with SCT SF3 and has a bunch of add on chit done to it. Boost fooler, L99 turbo, bellowed up pipes, and some other stuff I'm sure I'm forgetting.

DTC Codes from SF3: P0475 & P1247. I believe the P1247 is generally related to an up pipe leak, but I'm not sure how to check this. When I clear these codes only the 0475 comes back instantly, but I believe that is caused by a mod that I can't remember right now.

Just looking for a lil guidance. The last time it ran like this I switched the tune around and cleared the DTCs and it's been fine for the most part. Issue is back and I'd rather fix it before it causes any issues. Thought about dropping it off at PSE but I'm sure they are still super busy.

If the ebpv solenoid is unplugged, it'll trip the po475 iirc. I'd verify it is actually unplugged, and not just malfunctioning (sticking shut). Unclamp the downpipe from turbo and see if the valve is open or shut.

P1247, I'd check the map sensor hose first.

Ah yes the EBPV has been deleted.

Pull it off the nipple of the intake plenum, they usually get brittle from the heat and start to crack there. Check intercooler boots as well. Not exactly related, but you may want to clean the ebp sensor and tube as well, if you haven't. They clog often.

Intake spyder to plenum boots also? How well we're the plenums sealed when the early to late 99 swap was done?

I don't know about the seal but every boot I can think off has been replaced. Except for the boots on my feet.

Probably not any help at all;
But how's your fuel filter and CPS (cam position sensor)? What color is it?
I know typically they either work or don't, but I've read about a couple instances when a CPS was going out they created poor run characteristics before they completely go out.

Stuttering seems like fuel supply or electrical. Since fuel system issues don't throw codes, I'd be checking pressure quality at higher rpm.

Ok finally got some down time and a good day of weather so I'm about to tear in to this. CPS was changed out last year. Fuel filter was changed 10k miles ago. That sudder I tried to explain is small back fires. Or the attempt to back fire. I say that because it did back fire[or popped] yestersay. I'm thinking it's an air or exhaust leak. I'll go ahead and check other suggestions until someone else comes up with something different. The local shop can't even think about getting to it until next week. I go on hitch Thursday for the next month.

on the vid, it seems to gather rpm and pull pretty good. my experience with a backfire on the FILs 97 was the CPS.

This was under the intake elbow disconnected.
