How you liking the 4.30's? I know at 60 with my 08 DRW with tow boss pkg it runs at around 1900 rpm at 60. What rpms it run at 60 with the 6 speed?

If you had it, you'd know. Really annoying but knock on wood, mine hasn't returned so far.

Nothing which is weird, I had a turbo fail at 21k so I changed oil at that time, and again 1.5k later just for oil analysis purposes and hasn't returned. Only during the 19k oil change did it start and never went away. I use the same Rotella T-6 and motorcraft filter every change so I'm not sure why it'd go away but I'm damn sure glad it did, I HATE abnormal sounds coming from my vehicles, my wife just laughs at me like I have a condition!!

Still haven't heard the tick, but only have 1200miles. First two oil changes are free with ford. But after that will be using BG full syn.

Sure. What else could it be. The crank floating then grabbing the thrust bearing? Idunno.
