Don't twist them!I think they just have something like red loctite holding them in. Being machined like they are they are very hard to get ahold of with anything. Maybe order new ones and try to get a hold of a welder to get a nut on the end and twist them out?

Good visegrips on a slide hammer, and heat the ears around the pins. They'll come out.
Once you twist the pin, it'll seize, and then you'll have to work at it.
