injector builders

Ever since reading Matt's post about calling out half a** work that some injector builders are doing, i'd like to know who builds injectors the CORRECT way? I have renegades and have been fantastic(course they are small 175/75's) but anyways thinking about going bigger eventually and want to do things right ya know? thanks

To do it right, keep the spill ports open, and shim the body at the fuel plates, and machine the plunger and intensifier pistons. Most just plug the spill ports, and shim the spool valve, or plug the ports and machine the plunger and intensifier piston. Or sheldon will machine up to 205cc but leave the port open... Like i said the max you can machine is 175cc and leave the port open.. Without shimming the fuel plates. This is why some injectors do or dont hold icp.

Well, nothing to be worried about but just something to think about. The owners and builders of the top 6.liters in the country frequent this site. I've never heard of renegade from them...

Never really understood why he doesn't/won't sponsor on PSA. I wanna say he is a vendor on .org or the nation.

Nate and a coupe other respected guys here highly recommended him to me a while ago. And I used his. Haven't really been impressed

I've had full force and RCD currently in my truck. I'd say stock injectors hands down...

yes this is why I went with renegade due to the high recommendations moderators over on the org. My truck runs very well and have not had any issues with his injectors- So I guess he did a good job with mine.
