yes this is why I went with renegade due to the high recommendations moderators over on the org. My truck runs very well and have not had any issues with his injectors- So I guess he did a good job with mine.

Not just guys there...well respected guys here as well

Well there was a guy on the org who got some 175/75s from renegade and ended up pulling his injectors to switch to 175/30s and had the old set flowed and they were all mismatched nozzles and what not. Makes me think twice. I'll be using rcd, they flow test there's at least

The thing I don't like about Sheldon, and I didn't know it then...his younger brother I believe it is builds injectors for him too and apparently he doesn't lay eyes on all of them...that's what he said at least when I got one with the coil hanging off the side

Nobody should buy injectors from anybody that are not flowed on a bench prior to shipment. That's a recipe for disaster that to many backyardigan "shops" are serving their customers. May cost you less going that route up front but it WILL cost you more in the long run.

Yeah, not the only company for that to happen either , im a realist but damn! when you have such horrible quality control because of ignorance. Not acceptable!

saw a 6.0 with MPD sticks in there.... ran like 2 raped gorillas on fire running across hot lava... MPD's got my vote... also heard somewhere that MPD sticks were making more power than other brand of injectors.... RCD i know has top notch things and wont mind them neither... but al in all MPD's got my first vote...RCD has my second

^ I find this hard to believe... If an injector is built properly and all the internals are working correctly- a 175/75 from joe shmo and a 175/75 from mpd will operate the same and give the same horsepower, given all the other mods on the motor match up.... I think all our trucks here that have injects and turbo upgrades run like a raped apes- I know mine runs awesome

Not necessarily. There are a lot of variables to the equation that can have a CC/nozzle injector work faster or slower than another. Some goes for efficiency, so on and so fourth

Without a bench... Just because somebody says they sold you a 175/75, doesn't mean that's what it actually does across the board.

I feel like I'm reiterating what ive said several times now lol

Thanks for typing that so i didnt have to! Flowing a 175cc injector, vs saying its a 175cc injector with calculations are way different

I had my injectors flowed- had them done at my dads shop(he used to build injectors but retired) anyways flowed them and they were all on point, like I said guess I got lucky with sheldons injectors... Sheldon also polished my spoil valves- Dad checked them for me and yes he did it...

You are not reiterating what u have been saying.. Im saying that if the injector(s) were built correctly and flowed correctly then "A" injector will make the same horsepower that "B" will make.... with the same supported mods etc etc...

A bench wont tell you how much oil they're using either... So no that still isnt true. Ive seen 175/75 not maintain icp from certain builders and yet someone else's 210/100 did no other changes

Meh, that's still debatable. I'm not going to keep talking about it with you though. This just seems to be a sales ad

Btw, you shouldn't have had to have your injectors flowed yourself. That should have been done before you received them.

Far far from it... My dad built my first set of injectors he retired and I went with renegades.. I don't know Sheldon at all.. Personally I think he is a bad business person(it took forever to get my injectors from him).. Don't assume- not a sales pitch at all

if the spill ports are plugged that's where it gets iffy..... and that's where they cant maintain icp?

No, thats not the whole story, leaving them open can cause a problem too. Like i said its not just cutting a plunger down and adding a shim under the spool and plugging a port.

This whole thread was started because I wanted to know who is doing honest work etc etc.. That's all- not tying to sell anything or whatever just simple questions
