Ill add this in. Finally got my livewire hooked up and dpf off. Was so excited went for a ride with exhaust coming straight out of DP. That will not hurt anything if ran like that right? Anyway, with just Eric's street tune, truck hauled. Probably as fast if not faster than my 6.0 was already. Still have the X-Race ready to load and that has an extra 100+ horse on tap. Trans shifted awesome as well. Firm and quick.

It wont hurt anything, only your truck will idle high if you dont have the sensors hooked up

It'll make a mess and might get things hot

Ya I thought about that after the fact. I was hoping the exhaust flow was not hitting much important. Tune runs pretty clean though except when you mash it.

Ya. After I got back I plugged the sensors in and just let them hang there. started it and idled normal. Not going to drive like that just checking it out. I need that dang pressure sensor fitting that goes into exhaust. thing is like 60 bucks. sucks. Maybe I will try and heat the bung up on the stock exhaust to get it out. I think the threads were f'd on it though anyway.

Really. And grind that barb off so that the rubber hose can slide over it? Thanks. Is that pipe thread off hand? I could not get a metric bolt, standard bolt or any fine thread or anything to thread in there. Thanks

I wanna say its 1/8 npt but I'm not positive on that...the hose should slip right over that barb

The pressure sensor is the biggest of the four fittings in the exhaust. I think I have one of those air line connectors laying around. If I dont, it has to be cheaper than 60 bucks. thanks

This probably doesnt have anything to do with tuning or anything, but I have an oil leak on the drivers side of the motor. I took my stock exhaust off, put S&B cold air intake on, rerouted CCV, and put a livewire street tune on. The oil is coming from above the exhaust manifold or somewhere. I routed the crankcase with 1 inch hose. Not coming out of there. I dont know what it could be.

As far as the pressure sensor goes, I couldn't get The fitting on mine out of the stock exhaust either. It's been plugged in and zip-tied to my frame rail for 2 years now.

I actually got that male end connector and am going to use that. Only thing is is that it only threaded in probably 2 or 3 threads worth. IDK. Must be a bur or something in the threads that I cannot get it to thread in any further. I guess it will have to do though. Just do not want to screw the threads up on the diamond eye

Every time I get on my truck hard with just the ID street tune it throws a wrench. These last two time I have got a P0234 which is an overboost and a P1000. Anyway to prevent getting that over boost? I hit about 48 psi on the street tune. I would imagine xstreet and xrace would have more boost yet. Throws wrench and goes into reduced power.

The new Ford update that is. They added overboost codes at like 47 psi. Eric may have just forgot to do the street tune because x street and x race both make over 50 with no egr delete

Maybe I do not have the newest update. I thought I did. I guess the newest update does not have the overboost. I may need to try xstreet and those first but I may just revert back to a older flash as they make more power I hear.

I did email him. He said there is even a newer update that will fix the overboost code. said older flashes make more power than newer flashes
