At 264k and a very hard life I can finally say I've joined the "window club".

Sad part is I wasn't even hot rodding it, just driving in my Econ tune.

If anyone knows of a forged block let me know.:D

They should just put a thread out there that's called the s468 200%nozzle window club. Lol
Seems like the perfect recipe for extra block ventilation it seems.

A friend in Stuart has a few 7.3s on pallets he bought for a foreigner. That deal is OBE and he will sell them for what he paid. I'll pm you his name and number if you are interested.

Well I had 200/80s in for about 25k ish and then I traded for the 400/200s. The 400/200s have been in for about 4-5k. Not very long, I kinda wish I kept the 200s.

If you're missing an 80% nozzle with a 200% nozzle then you either like slow, sluggish trucks that smoke and struggle to move, there's something wrong with the truck or you need to keep tuning.

I didn't mean it as my truck is/was slow. It ran great with both injectors, I just don't think the 200/80s would have windowed my block as fast.

And all he was saying that 200% nozzle injectors can be tuned from 150 HP to ??? Hp, and run cooler/cleaner than 80% nozzle injectors. If that wasn't your experience, then either there is something mechanically wrong, or your tuning was jacked.

There is ZERO advantage to a longer injection event vice a shorter one given both injection scenarios can provide equal atomization.

How is equal atomization possible?

Without more holes of an equal size?
