No actually I've been trying to justify a hpop for a long time. Mines fine in Stock but performance it just won't keep up eh....

Ok so far we decided I need a boost footer and a aftermarket hpop. I'm assuming a HBj will be best for me since it's a stock stick truck and reliability is top priority

You think a new oem would keep up and not toss a ICP code in the hotter tunes? I'd much rather that route than go aftermarket

Good shti....3rd gear scrubs and hold the injector open so there is fuel dripping all the time.

Hpop might be fine if they are calling for pw that would require twin termies even with ad's.

My guess is that your pump is fine. 4.85ms of PW is.....well.....too much.

I would get a few tweeks in tuning first. Send your logs to your tuner and they will be able to adjust accordingly. Not that I don't want to sell you a pump..:D But...

With that PW our pump will fail you and with the adjustments I think you'll find you can use that 799.00 on other (needed) goodies.

Going to talk with Justin first about tuning out the CEL but then also getting a fooler to protect the map sensor itself. I know Justin was wanting to live tune my truck but I haven't been able to get down there, and it's not not even that far.

This isn't the first time I've had to have a reburn. Last tuner had to reburn 3 times. I wonder if I have different injectors or some other pcm... I wish I was more into the tuning aspect and understood this stuff more, but all I work on are factory trucks.

Appreciate your honesty.

No problem...... You would not believe how many people call with concerns about the hpop..ours or otherwise. We ask for a datalog and 9 out of 10 of them have some jacked up tuning..even with our tuning. Mostly PW issues. Like Tim said some of it would tax twin termies with stock injectors.

If anyone thinks they have HPOP issues log a few runs first to eliminate tuning from the equasion. Or better yet don't ...we have pumps on the shelf. :pimp:
