Mad stage 3 hits 605 rwhp with 190/100

Hello, been along day at PHP dyno event, things where going wrong, my truck k not making it then some other guys with mad stages not making it. Well after JJ call me and told me that the stage3 I sent him for dyno run was damaged durning shipping. I got the stage 3 back together and brought it with me just in case, for JJ or whatever. After a guy ran a 530rwhp with190/75, Nate looked at me and said hey lets put the stage 3 on and see what it would do. Well Nates truck's ran 605rwhp with 190/100, TSD spd, and IDP mild FICM tune. Mad stage 3 is a 4094va duramax stage 2 converted for a powerstroke. I can't wait for a live tune I believe that it could hit 640rwhp dailed in.

Very impressive! Is this the turbo you would recomend for 205's or would it be the stage 4?

I was there, very impressive #'s. It cleaned up those 190/100% injectors really well also.

Im going to try and put up my dyno sheet from before and after the turbo. I did the stage 2 today with 190/75s. Originally dynoed 530, after turbo laid down 555. The truck is losing FP down to 40 :cursing:, and boost was dropping off bad, but overall the truck drives much better, will let yall know once i get a few more miles on it!

Yes, 68mm hit 44psi of boost and the 605 was done with a tune from TSD spd written for 190/100 injectors running stock turbo. A regular tune that wouldn't be defuel would have hit bigger numbers, and a live tune would be at 640rwhp- 650rwhp with these 190/100.

The stage 2 was also there and ran with 190/75, put down 556rwhp, but fuel system was falling to 35psi from 65psi. If fuel system would have stayed at 65psi the number would have hit 570-575rwhp. That was done on a defueled IDP extreme max.

Now that I proved the stage 3, next for me is stage 4 then 5 for more power, I'm looking at over 700rwhp with one vgt turbo, and won't stop till I hit it.

Sounds like you aren't too far from that 700 mark now. After you hit that will there be a compound setup in the future?
Can't wait till I can afford some goodies a mad Turbo is definitely on my list as well as some good size hybrids. I wanna see that 700 mark as well.

Chad's truck was wicked and Nate's truck was unbelievable. These turbo's made great power and put on a hell of a show. Lets not forget Michael's truck went from 417rwhp to 455rwhp by changing only the turbo. He ran the stage 1 DuraStroke and picked up 40rwhp. Could've picked up more with some extra tuning. Let me also say that Vivian's tunes are consistently putting down 10-20 more rwhp than anyone else's and Michael was not running one of Vivian's tunes. She has been in constant contact with us and is writing some absolutely nasty tunes for these turbo's. So the Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 turbo's all performed awesome and showed nice gains.
