No sigma for this project. Would be nice though.

On a different note, I figured somebody would have flamed me by now for even thinking about making this a Sunday driver, lol. Who knows, this whole project could back fire. But things are looking better everyday. The wife is even supportive of my endeavor.

I dunno i think a built columbus sigma is like 10-12k. A billet is 20k. But a stock sigma would make more power than the tires could handle im sure. But would prob need european friends to find one.
Regardless, if the wife supports it you win lol.

I'm not sure on the injection timing but the Sigma has 16mm plungers and can inject 1600cc of fuel at a much higher rate for higher RPM injection time (like 02BigD said) and the Billet Sigma has 17mm plungers and a custom grind cam. I believe the 16mm can support up to 1500hp and the 17mm can support over 2000hp. The pumps use larger injection lines than the P7100 to accomodate fuel volume and reducing the injection pulse. $10,000 for a Sigma and $15,000 for a Billet. Maybe someone else can chime in about the timing question.

gwunter, do you have a build thread yet for the truck your building? If so I'd like to see more pictures of it. Im very interested in how this turns out on the street.

Well, there probably won't be an actual build thread. With so many other small projects going on I don't really have the time to do one. But, there will be occasional updates here with pics. I don't even have a chassis yet, but when I do it will be a super duty super cab long box 4x4.

That is freaking sick! So you cut out the intake side off. Isn't that kinda like double over times head are like now? They should flow awesome numbers. Too bad my 6.4 doesn't have something like that.

Morgan, I haven't seen the latest setup on DOT, but these will definitely be a HUGE improvement over what is currently being offered.

6.4 and 6.0 intakes are in the works... I'll keep you updated when they become available.
