how long you been running it? any problems with it so far? What size injectors you running? Did you hafta fab up a new hot side CAC pipe...or is a new pipe part of the kit? How is the return from the pump set up....is it returning back to the pan or somewhere else? Sorry for all the questions...just really interested is all.

About a amount now and no.problems so.far as far as injector size I'm running 430/150s.yes you need a new cac pipe but it dose come. With the kit the pump runs In to the factory pump and returns that way I can get pics tomorrow for you guys. With 430/150s it berries my 4000psi hpop gauge

I am running a dual HPOP setup that I built. I am using a modified version of Jesse's bracket for the pump with my own pump, pulley, and feed lines. My system feeds to the rails, rather than just to the test port on the pump. It works fine so far. I also draw the oil from the LPO system rather than from the pan. Jesse's kit is very nice, I just wanted to do things a little differently. Jesse was a huge help to me while I was designing the system.

Adam...are you feeding the front of the rails with having to drill a hole through the front side of the valve cover to put the line through? How are getting oil from the LPO system? Got any pics of how yours is done?

Yes, I ran the line through the front of the oil covers into the rails. If I had a later truck with wavy rails, I would use the ICP ports on the rails. That would be easier than drilling out and tapping the AWA fittings at the ends of the rails and trying to seal the valve covers, like I did. Since I was told it couldn't be done, I just had to do it lol. Mine pulls oil from the return line from my BPD oil cooler. I have an earlier style cooler so the block that replaces the factory oil cooler cover does not have built in pressure relief bypass that the new ones have. If my truck had a stock oil cooler, I would pull the oil from the test port fitting in the front under the intake manifold.

Are you measuring oil pressure?

Yes, there are rubber grommets. They actually press tight against the ends of the rails when the valve covers are on.
