My uncle just told me his 2015 Tuxedo Black Platinum would be here in 3 weeks... Don't know how true it is but he is very close with our local Ford dealer. If it shows up I'll let ya'll know

Sent from a Cummins plant, driving a Powerstroke, with a TDI on the side!

I seen this this morning on Facebook. Had me smiling from ear to ear. I'm anxious to see how Ram and Gm will respond.

Exactly what i was thinking

I sure hope the turbo is a direct bolt in for older trucks, man that would be awesome. otherwise i might have to look into a 15

I bet it's a handful of parts, but do-able. I also suspect they waited so long on releasing the numbers so they could move the 2014's without so much trouble. Now I it wouldn't surprise me if they have to offer substantial discounts to get them gone.

I think they already are, I got 11k off of sticker price on my 2014.

Good news on the discounts :D If I had an earlier 6.7, I'd be tempted for sure to look at upgrading certain aspects like turbo and injection system. I bet it's a very expensive and elaborate list to do all the updates, especially all the short block changes. It would be pretty sweet though if some of the bolt ons make a big difference.

Me personally I'm having a real hard time trying to get any better of a deal on a '14. Invoice minus rebates is about it. I'm sure they will go way up in April though.

My main complaint is tuned the power up top is not impressive because boost is so limited to save the turbo. If I could run a tune that not even maxed out boost but gave an honest 400 to 450 at the wheels without defueling I would be all for it. I don't even need or want the pump upgrade

My dealer says Ford has not announced any body restyling in the near future so I dk. I might entertain a. New 15 dually when they come out but I'm kinda doubting I pull the trigger on one yet because I'm also suspecting that trade in value is going to drop a fair amount with the new releases. I might be wrong tho

You can always get a lock in deal. Thats what we did with our 12 when we traded it on the white truck

Set an aportioned ammount of miles. 25K at the time, and ordered the truck we want. Locks you in at the rate you've got as long as you keep it below said miles. Traded from a King Ranch 12 missing a few options with 24,950 to a fully loaded platinum for 3,000

One of the biggest things i'm excited about with the 15's is with these engines changes which should greatly improve a already pretty damn good engine..... Ford will be the only one doing the entire truck in house. No more out sourced engines!

Is that hp goal not just a turbo swap away as it is now along with your tunes? Emissions in tact even?
