That was my thoughts as well even a small balance tube

Yes there will be a balance tube on the bottom of the two intercoolers where you don't see it when hood is popped

No innercooler. Each set of turbos is feeding an innercooler but connecting them will equalize pressures and be a much cleaner look out of sight. In essence all 4 turbos will be feeding both sides of the intake runners.
