I'm fairly certain that a generic short bed tank will fit perfectly. Only problem is that it's about an inch from the t-case making it extremely difficult to pull the t-case or tranny without pulling the tank. The reason Tadd went with the cut down transfer flow spec'd for a short bed was that he could keep a good capacity, and still have enough room for pulling the t-case without pulling the tank.
