Good call on test fitting the bed before it's welded. when I shortened Tadd's single cab I had it all bolted together at the frame joint, and when I had the proper gaps at the back of the cab top to bottom I tightened 'em up and tacked it before continuing. Nice to be 100% sure the frame is perfect. It's looking really good so far by the way. Keep up the good work.

Looking good Danny. Ready to see a running video now.

Me too. Still waiting on the welder it looks like. Was supposed to be there last night. Apparently he's having some sort of truck issue and can't get the part he needs from Dodge.

I'm starting to think I'm just bad luck. LOL

Nate and Eric at Performance Truck Products are gonna let Jason pick up that 6.7 fuel tank to see if it'll work. The measurements put it really close so we'll see. If not we're going to try an F150 fuel tank.

Bad news though is still waiting on a welder.

What about all the guys who used Ford Bronco tanks where the spare goes?

Wayne cut down one of the Titan tanks for Tadds truck.

Never thought about that. Them suckers are expensive though!

Welder dude needs to find a competant mechanic. LOL

Or get rid of the Dodge and buy a Ford. :D :fordoval:

I mentioned to Jason about using a EX tank but the filler for either would have to be in the bed.

Yeah, I'm not totally opposed to that but would like to at least try and keep the side fill.
