I dont understand some of you guys issues with driving...

I've run Toyo's, BFG's, MTR's, AT's, and now the "horrable" Goodyear MT's and have no issues like this...

Its a tire, drive, or learn how to drive in the conditions...

Not trying to knock anyone but what the hell are you all doing?

I dont have any of the noise problems mentioned a bunch in here on my tires but Im wondering if its because mine are 295/75's and maybe the ones with noise are from the wires being wider on the version they went with?

Mines stops great in the rain and mud and Ive driven 3 times or so in snow with no real issues either. But again it may be the size I have.

The only complaint I have with them would be the uneven tread blocks which are only noticable at 5 mph. Feels like a dirtbike with knobby tires at 5mph or slower is the best I can describe it. Above 5mph they are smooth as silk.

Every tire with aggressive tread "chunks" at very low speeds. At least the ones Ive had, which is most.

@Joe- I can drive in snow with slicks if I had to. I pulled trailer all.winter with my bald michelins. In the snow. It sucks. Why do it if you dont have to? I like mud terrains but they can be pretty crappy for any abrupt maneuver that may need to be executed especially when on wet or snowy pavement.

The baja atz does everything pretty good so Ill probably stay with them.

Fwiw, the tread on your hmmwv takeoffs are good tires. I used em back in the day when they were widely available.
