Danny dropped the truck off tonight. I reprogrammed and updated the computer and ficm. Tried to start the truck and only got a max of 7.06psi for icp. The desired icp was 1160psi. Pulled the icp out and turned the engine over. No oil would
Come out. The batteries were getting low so they are charging overnight. The oil filter housing would fill with oil but not very fast because of the low batteries. I'll put a mechanical gauge on for both lpop and hpop and see what it reads. So right now the low icp is keeping it from starting.

I air checked it for leaks but it pressurized the oil rail and wouldn't bleed off

Does the truck have an aftermarket oil filter on it like a trusted or such? Also check the lpo pressure regulator make sure its not stuck open.
