Due to my laziness of not wanting to go back and read, what kind of suspension set up do you have on this thing?

Mark bring that thing down here and let me put it together for you! I hate to see it sit so long....its too damn good lookin for that:(

It wont be down long...we have some things, planned, just got to get the parts coming. Have the new block bare and being dropped off at the machine shop today or tomorrow. Hopefully get some bottom end goodies in the next few weeks. Also making some cosmetic changes again...nothing major just a few small items. hopefully looking at April 1st deadline to have it back up and running...long as the excursion project gets back on the road this week.

Due to my laziness of not wanting to go back and read, what kind of suspension set up do you have on this thing?

Started out with a 7" icon 4 link...added a block in the rear to make the rear 9and added the icon coilovers up front with trevors adapters, truck sits about 10" up front 9" in the back....but the suspension is part of the cosmetic changes this year....

its a little on the expensive side, but il say this coilovers....well worth it.

When we originally lifted this (back long before my company came around) the shop I got the lift from introduced me to the Donahoe Racing (now ICON) I was ready to buy a procomp setup...glad I spent the extra coin. moving away from the icon coilvoers now, but they were well worth it.

lower?
or
Higher?

Never lower.....I keep getting told I should lower the truck...but its just not me.

Were changing out the front coilovers, these ones are a little stretched for my ride height, so were going with some larger Fox coilovers, new front shocks, and some new traction bars from either trevor or Flight Fab.

I love the stance of your truck, debating putting on the 6" lift i have laying in my living room.
Just not sure if I want to go for height or speed...

truck doesn't get driven very much, I have had these tires for close to 5 years, but they only have 15k maybe on em.

I did have another set, I want to say I got about 35-40 out of them, little road noise which was nice, and seemed good in the snow (way back when this was a daily driver...worked good on rocks much and in the woods too)

well with the excursion project running again, and the white truck being daily driven now, its time to get the red truck torn down and see what damage actually occurred. From the pieces we found, looks like a wrist pin let loose, but come Thursday the truck will be at the shop and well begin tear down.
