S364.5 on 7.3

Anyone running the S364.5 on there 7.3 wondering how it will pair up with some 160/100s.

Seems like a small charger.

My 66/74/.91 cleaned up my 160/100s pretty good. I also ran it on stock E99 injectors for multiple years

I am debating between it and the S366, the 364.5 seems pretty close spec wise to a BASB which have great reviews in that injector range.

I'm running one .
It cleans up my 175/80 injectors just fine .
The lasb is a 64mm charger also.
I like it alot better then the s366 I had on it first.
Spools way faster and keeps egts lower when towing.

Borg warner has a new line out now
It's called s300-SE
You can just order a 364.5 direct thru borg warner .
It's going to have the updated compresor housing all the trick stuff .You can get a 62,64.5,66 and 69mm wheel sizes in the s300 frame .
I would order a 364.5 with the .91 housing,only because it will have the bigger 73/80 exaust wheel in it .

They're top secret, only Pius knows. I think the compressor wheel is the 64.5. My exhaust housing is a 1.10, unknown what exhaust is in there. All the new BASBs come with a billet compressor wheel. The last time I spoke with Pius, he had the cast compressor wheel copied into a billet piece.

What you got there is a s300 borg warner turbo.
Just take yours apart and measure the wheels.
Then we all know what you got.
There is a bunch of diffrent housings for the s300.
We just need to know what we are working with here to get a baseline so we know what direction we need to take to fix your issue.

It could be a simple housing swap or a more involved wheel replacement.
Let's get to the bottom of this , quit your pissin and moaning and get that sucker apart!!
