Sp has a little more "detergent" or whatever in it apparently. It gets dirty quicker. You can mix and match though.

Okay so I won't have to flush or anything I can drain it swap out the direct clutch solenoid the filter and new fluid in the all good. That's cool thank you

I've been on a stock reman for a bout a year. Half way through last year I added 205/100's with a KC 68 and it's progressively been hating its life since. Quite a few 4wd launches and 30roll stabs. Somehow it's still holding up though. It's one hell of a tranny lol. Only problem I've really had is it will throw it's self out of gear sometimes from a roll or hunt for a gear after I let off of the throttle

That's impressive I know 5r110's are wicked transmission compared to the 4r100 like my last truck

direct clutches are gone. ususally reverse will work ok its just a really delayed engagement. If you need pricing on a built unit let me know. We sell Andy Warren Transmissions and have amazing luck with them!

Running 190/100 probably and s366 or something around that what's the price including torque converter? I live like 3 hours from warren so I could pick it up to save money if I had to

Side by side pros and cons of a twisted diesel transmission verse Andy warrens transmission. Prices, consumer service, durability...? I think stage three twisted is right under 5000 but that's like a full billet trans too. How much is Andy's version of that?

Competition plus is 4800 and competition is 4000. difference being the billet intermediate in the comp plus. as long as you don't plan on going much larger than what you have the comp trans would be perfect for you. That includes a PI converter as well. Shipping shouldn't be to much on that but I would need your zip code to find out. We run Andy's transmissions in all of our 6.0s and I have yet to pull one because of a failure. These transmissions flat out work! I cant say much on twisted diesel transmissions as I haven't delt with one yet. I can however tell you that Andy's customer service is the best ive delt with and ive gotten the same feedback from a few of my out of state customers as well that cant make the drive to us.

Twisted has a 3yr100k mile warranty on the stage 3. Price is $4880 with a PI converter, billet input, billet low reverse hub and most parts are cryod. There's a lot of big power trucks running around with a twisted trans. Turnaround time is very quick, customer service is top notch. Mine is doing great.

I've heard many good things about twisted haven't heard much about warrens but just wanna know what my best bang for my buck? And like a one and done kinda deal
