Just like the title says. What would be your build list.

It will be used for drag racing. Turbo set up will have to be custom and nonvgt. undecided if I want to use water or not. Nitrous will be involved.

HP goal is as much as possible with out hurting reliability 1000+. (reliability from pass to pass not in long term but long term is always nice just not always the case with a comp build)

Just want to start bouncing ideas off you guys for a project I have since im not well versed in the 6.4 aftermarket.

I really like the non-VGT compounds that MPD has built. Hard to go wrong with twin K16's but obviously there is the RCD option that uses a CP3/K16 dual pump setup as well. Both options are proven.

I think my ideal setup would be:

S488/S366
Dual K16's
100% nozzles
Low pressure fuel system that uses an A-1000 pump

Beyond that, you're talking basics like tuning, EGR delete, and studs. Then you move on to valvetrain upgrades, rods (if you go big compounds), transmission, etc. etc.

Something you can actually put together and not have to tear it back apart monthly.

That would be an awesome build.

I love the 66/88 compound set up on my 6.0s but Im thinking bigger than that. 1000hp is on the low side for my goal. 1400 would be better and get me there if I could get it to hook.

access wont be a problem because its not going in a truck. Bottom end would be built for sure and special attention payed to the pistons. top end rebuilds between races would be just fine. bottom end rebuilds would get old

Forged flycut pistons from Morgan, billet rods, balanced rotating assembly, billet cam, stg 2 valvetrain etc.. That would be where I would start, with a strong base to build off of.

billet rods, billet heads or whatever is top secret that sposed to be comming out, mpd log style intake manifolds with spray bar setup, 150% nozzles, dual fuelers, valve train, coated forged pistons, billet s475/100+mm compounds both remote mounted, and one hell of a transmission! thats about as wicked of a set up i could think of!

72/92 or something bigger for atmo. But I doubt a trans would hold that kind of power long. I think mpd tried something similar.

Something like that, the input shafts hated their lifes. At full weight I don't think you could find anything to handle the power, cut weight in about half and it might be a different story though.
