What's the budget...if it's unlimited u could get a lenco Trans

:whs:
For what you are looking at, I can't see any other tranny holding very long...plus you get to throw in the bad a#s factor being the only Lenco on a 6.4 (at least that I know of)

If I was doing it I would keep the vgt. Run a 66vgt and remote mount a gt55. Add 100% nozzles and some spray. I know you said you don't want a vgt but it really trips other racers out when you go straight from your burn out right to the beam and your already fully spooled. No messing around trying to spool just hit it and go. Then spray to whatever you want.

Target weight is going to be 2800. So that should help keep parts alive to a point.

Reason I don't want to use vgt is I'm going to have to remote mount both turbos. There won't be room to have them on top of the motor.

I think if you're looking for that 1400+ then billet heads are something you should probably get unless you want to completely rely on tons of nitrous.

Other than that, everyone has already said everything. I like your triple idea but I don't have a clue about how a setup like that should be sized.

Whatever you do, don't go with some huge ass single that you have to smoke up the world to light. Lol

If triples is what ya want then I would suggest at most a 67-68 with a pair if 66's. That should get you enough air plus it won't be as laggy as a larger primary would. Like some guys are doing. Any extra you need could be achieved with nitrous.

For reference my triple set up is designed to flow enough air for 1200hp. 66 with a pair if 62's. I think the key with triples is to avoid going to big.

Of course I'm only taking about traditional trips not a triple stage set up.

I'm pretty happy with my build list, although I do wish I would have done forged pistons. If the aluminum heads prove themselves they would also be a great addition.
