I don't think they make any that are deep enough for the older trucks but I'm not 100% sure. If you just paint the hub black it won't look bad at all.

Put on the new shoes finally. Next task is to get it painted up!

2002 F250 2WD lowerd 3/4 (have another hole to go in back, might use it)

Raceline 932DM Twist Dark Tint 20x9 with +12 offset, no rubbing, can go full lock and not hit the radius arm.

Toyo Proxes STII 275/55R20 front and 305/50R20 Rear

that looks good ross! why the difference in tires? why not run all the same size?

I thought 305/50R20s would rub the radius arm like a son of a gun. On the radius arm I can't fit my pinkie between the tire and the arm. I might only have a couple pieces of paper worth of clearance but it doesn't touch!

I was also worried about goosing the fender over the ****ty frontage roads here in N Texas. The stock tires would go up inside the fender and hit the liner and I thought 305s wouldn't clear the lip. The 275s fully tuck and can swing all the way up into the fender liner and miss the fender lip (confirmed on the Dallas North Tollway tonight 😂).

On the rear the 305s would definitely collide with the fender lip if I put a big load on so it seems that my suspicions were right on. Got the air bags to fix that, they'll be going on soon.

So far so good! Just ran around town so haven't been on them over 60 mph yet. They make a little humming noise between 45-50 mph but otherwise they ride better than the hard as a rock LTX load range E tires I took off! I like these sizes because they actually exceed the weight ratings on the door sticker. Toyo does say you have to derate them 10% when using a P tire in place of an LT which drops the rear to 5800 lbs from the door sticker 6042 but everything's works out close enough for what I use the truck for.

I'm thrilled with the look. I waffled back and forth between a 0 or +12 offset wheels and +12 is 100% the way to go for me. I was worried about clearanpce on the front but it couldn't have worked out more perfectly. I can't stand it when tires stick out I don't care how small it is. Shove them bitches up in there!!

Sweet, I'm going with 305 50 20 like your rear tires all the way around. The weight rating is enough IMO.

Built drop brackets for the rear bumpstops to use as suspension stops for pulling, and built a set of shock mounts for the front for some 90/10 drag shocks. Now we'll see how this next round of sled pulling goes on Friday night and not strapping the front end.
