Pulled over by the local constabulary. Got a warning that my tires stick out too far and need to install mud flaps or flares. Opting for flares.
Need to see a pic of this.

seriously? 1/4 tank is empty.. don't you know that by now? lolRan it out of diesel and sucked in air so it wouldn't start. I've never had a vehicle do this it still said 20 miles to empty and it just shut off. It happened in my 6.4 has anyone else ever had this problem?

lol.. that sucksUnless your truck is older and the foot has fallen off the fuel pickup. In that case half a tank is empty. One of my bosses has a 2001 7.3 that spent time out here in Houston on the jobsite. His brother made a run to the airport to pick someone up and 5 miles down the road he's calling me to bring him fuel. Ran it dry with a 1/4 tank in it.
@smcox1 I've seen the draw tube in the tank break off on these things before. I always recommend not letting your truck go below a quarter tank.

lol.. but you where on E right?Well that's good to know.
I was 3/4 of a mile away from the gas station. It probably didn't help that I floored it while pulling a trailer to get up to about 70 when I pulled out of the Kubota dealership LOL

Never had a problem in any of my other vehicles i.e. cayenne's, aviator, mustang
But they also never tow, which throws the Meter off like crazy.
