If it isn't binding then put a couple washers in there to space it out to get the cotter pin in it Unless it isnt the right part at all then you are screwed.Special thanks to those special-ed ftards at 1Aauto for s#!try Chinese parts and HORRIBLE customer service techs.

Looked right and fit otherwise... that ain't right tho, look how flat the boots are. Either the ball in the joint is too small or they never got greased. If it isn't binding then put a couple washers in there to space it out to get the cotter pin in it Unless it isnt the right part at all then you are screwed.

Probably.... either way these don't fit rightDon't they make taller castle nuts? Seems like I have seen them but memory kind of foggy about it.

Damn, sorry it failed on you Joe. If it makes you feel any better I just got done an emergency hub replacement on my car at 10:30est .... headed to bed now to get up at 3:30 for work.Dam Tom, that looks like shot! I've started back with moogs, at least when they fail, I can get new tie rods for free, lol. Just a bit of time swapping them out.
On a different note, the pump you swapped me made it for another two years before it started failing! Pulled it, and swapped in an adrenaline. :toast:
Did the intake on my 15 like i had on my 12. Its the Donaldson version of the Napa 2790 and a 5 inch no limit tube my cousin had for his old truck that he gave me and a filterwears cover.

Oh yeah. Its bigger. I have a thread on it from when i did my 12.Looks good! Is the 2790 larger than the 6637, or?

Lol.. yeah, its been a while10-4. I sorta remember that thread, but couldn’t recall the filter details, and too lazy to look for it!
Sounds familiar. Drivers side kicked my azz. Bent/broke a 1/2" breaker bar on the nut on that one, as well as a socket. Finally broke it with a 3/4" breaker and a 2' cheater, then had to cut and press it out as well.Ball joint job from hell. Tomorrow or Tuesday I'm gonna have to cut the last one out, the taper is seized beyond belief in the axle, which is surprising because everything has come out easier than any i've ever seen. The other knuckle was easy, and the top popped right out on this side. I've heated and used probably a quart of penetrating lube on this bj, and nothing else needed lube.
Snapped a zerk off in the new ball joint, that's fun too.
