Actually, this particular hose is rated to 220psi, as long as I'm reading it right. Below is the link for others to do their research, if they'd like. I am a little concerned about the serpentine belt, so before I go this route I will definitely do some mental fabbing/planning before I purchase.
I like this idea because if murphy strikes on a long road trip all I have to do is remove the hot and cold lines and re-flip the y to the turbo and I'm on the road again.

Don't mean to seem rude, just that I've already covered that in a previous post.
Please don't take this as me being angry. I'm not wanting to bicker. I'm just pointing it out.

Next is my intercooler install. I have Banks pipes and an all aluminum SD IC. I have a D66 with the WW2 and 1.0 exhaust housing. Since my truck is a daily driver and tow vehicle, not a race truck, the lower RPM spool up is good for me. I will be watching the EGT's.

My next mod is fixing it. Thrust bearing in the charger went out 3 weeks ago, but this will be my 4th week of work without a day off, and after 70+ hour weeks without a break i have no desire to work on a damn truck. LOL Plus i don't feel like spending time and money just to throw a stock turbo back on, and end up replacing it again latter this year. But i also don't wanna spend $1500+ to go T4, especially if i decide to get a s467.7 which will be about $1500 on its own.

wow, that sucks, what mods do you have and how many miles, do you tow heavy?

I don't have a ton of mods, stage 1 injectors, D66 turbo, T500 HPOP, Wildman tunes. It has 214K miles and I tow a 35' 10k camper. When it happened I was pull a long grade towing my camper. Half way up the hill under full boost I switched to a hotter tow setting and that's when it happened. It jerked and started to miss fire.

Can't wait to hear what your results are. Sounds like what I want to do.

For your Cummings?

Lmao!! Finally deleted it. Now needs on of those bit back window stickers with the big "C" only instead will be a big "G" and say cumminGs on the angle!!

No, I'm pulling the lift off dads, that you still need to let me know if you want, and throwing the 06 setup in there.

You need to flip your tow mirrors up and get your stacks stacked on stacks installed.

I do want the lift but thanks to Congress I'm unemployed as of 12AM this morning so what little fun money I had saved up is now what I have to live on until I can find some other work.

Please don't hold your breath, I gotta squeeze it in somehow. Remember the SD rear? Haha.

Rusty

What do you know, I squeezed some work in today.

It took me an hour to strip down the front end.

Then I used the Kobalt recip saw and cut the holes in 30 minutes.

It took a little tweaking to get the I/C in there, then I made the mounts.

I ran out of light, but the front end is put back together, minus the front bumper.

I installed a Trucool trans cooler on the front bumper. I initially installed it with the fittings pointed down, as others have. My RSK cross member interferes with the fittings, so I had to rotate the cooler 180 degrees and redrill the mounting holes. Plus I need more washers to space the bumper out so that the studs don't hit the I/C.

And now just waiting on boots from Riffraff. I screwed up and didn't realize my I/C is 3.25", the boots on my Banks pipes are 3" and don't stretch quite enough.
