My motor is a full build. Rods studs springs all the goodies. After I️ windowed my first block I️ decided I️ didn’t want to do that again

Seriously? Supercharged and no valvetrain upgrades? I'd love to see this setup!

Threads in the project section. I still have much to do. I am only running a single SD fuel pump and have another to install for future power increases. The way I see it keep the rpms under your typical 3200-3400 which it's a street truck so I have never pulled it higher and back pressure low enough (a nice large SXE and 1.0 housing helps) and you may get lucky enough to not float a valve. In the past most have said keep it under 40 psi to avoid spring issues but it's not 40 psi of manifold pressure that likely floats valves it is likey the 60-70 psi on the exhaust side from running small turbines and restricted housings like the 38R. Keep torque low enough to keep CP in check and stock bolts have already been proven to hold the gaskets tight at 500hp. Granted it's all the roll of the dice. If I had endless funds pressure transducers to aid in tuning and my own dyno would be wonderful tools to have. I just use feel and sound and maybe some small datalogging to aid when I tune. Again studs and springs are still highly recommended insurance. I do not encourage anyone to play with fire without knowing it's "at your own risk"

I'm my opinion its nothing any more. My daily that has 3/2's is a dually on 22's with a flatbed and gets probably 20k a year hooked to a 32ft gooseneck

Gotta get some good tunes that's for sure. Glad to hear your rockin the 22s on the dually with them without issues.

Gotta find a buyer for my 38r and uppipe setup

I have 3/2's with a 468 as well. My tuning is yet to be spot on, but it does pretty good.

I had 250/100's in before and the 300/200's spool the turbo up quicker. This is with a 1.10 housing. I've thought about trying a 1.0 for a little quicker spool up around town and towing, but want to see if some tweaks in the tuning help first.

Your setup looks pretty close to what I will be running. Still on the fence about what turbo, thought 468, have to post what u think with the comparison with the 1.10 and 1.0

I can't say I've seen anyone with a 300/200 with a 369 setup yet. I think with the smaller turbine (compared to 468) it would be a great daily driver. I remember when the 369 first came out the other year I spoke to a turbo builder and he was still leaning towards the 468 due to durability. Not sure if thought has changed or not.

It's advertised for max of 250/200s, is have to speak to a tuner to see what they think.

3/2's with an old school S476. Live tunned by Tony Wildman in 2010. Towed great but you sure as heck did not want to fall under the turbo. Just canceled OD, bring it up to 2500 rpm and 40 psi and haul was with any load.

Motor got tired, rebuilt it and now on 250/100's and a sxe366. Hope to hook up the new TT and take a vacation.

Why the step down in injector size?

It's easy with towing. A few years ago, a buddy with a first gen Duramax, a small toy hauler and an early programmer burned the paint off the diff cover at about 380 hp pulling from NW to Denver. The pinion died on the way home.

Just don't tow with all of it, realize there's only so many hard runs in it and you're fine... lol. Outside of killing a converter and some clutches in the BTS, I've managed to keep my current setup running since 2008. ~100 race passes, 5-10 dyno pulls and at least 25k tow miles. It made about 500 in '08 and 500 a year ago.

One of the exhaust manifolds COULD be different and the down pipe might not fit.
