that's impossible... a 38 R can only make 500 lol
this wheel is doing very well... 50 HP gain from bottom to top is impressive...what was the back PSI ??

Havent seen one yet, though the data log i posted for the stock turbo shows a big difference.

28 lbs boost
22 lbs ebp (drive preasure)

Does anyone have a pic of that graph with the rpm #'s visable?

By looks, it looks like the peak trq was 2950? and peak hp 3150?

looks like RPM's went from 1600 to 3500... wish my butt dyno printed out a graph like that...

Do I have to pull the turbo to install the wheel or can I get to all of the bolts of the housing with it in place?

if i see it right peak tq was right before 2k rpms and peak hp was just above that.

should be able to do this with turbo still in place...instead of messing the waste gate clip..just take out the 2 bolts that holds the canister in place...

thats the way i see it to...50 HP for 200 bucks...thats not to bad...

I did mine while in the truck however Bob does not recommend it, as i used a impact to spin off the wheel while leaving the ex. side intact.

This is correct.

DO NOT USE AN IMPACT GUN DURING THE INSTALL. If this means taking the turbo out of the truck, then so be it. When you use an impact gun on a turbo you are causing a great deal of stress on the shaft and even possibly fracturing it. If you fracture your shaft, it is inevitable your turbo will go boom.
