The nice part about his setup is, he has lots more oil to give yet. He doesn't need a tuner to pull fuel, he has all the oil he needs. Put a smaller pulley on the pump and he will probably,be over 4000psi. He has all the fuel and oil he needs. What he needs now is to have a real tuner , tune his truck. Call innovative diesel

I gotta get Eric to pull some fuel on my start up.

She is a one stuborn mule on the first start of the day...my exhaust looks like Shawn's avatar with the smoke rolling out the back...only mines smokin from the tail pipe, not the tires...

When she's warmed up, it kicks over without a problem, but holy chit....the first start is a B!TCH.

It took 3 tries to get it to finally run here this afternoon.

My neighbor came over to ask if I could move my truck out of my driveway so the delivery guys could back in and bring in their new furniture...

I was so phukin embarrassed....delivery guys, and neighbors standing there just a watchin the smoke show...:fustrate::fustrate:

If there was ever a time I wanted it to JUST start nice...that was it...

Pulling out the injectors here in the next day or two.

Diesel sure.. but clank isnt normal. These were back to back days of the same weather.. you tell me which one starts better....

Yeah...that might have an effect on boost....not sure though....just guessing...LOL

So really...your only getting boost from the secondary...

Fixing that leak isn't gonna help your off the line lag...
Primary should kick in around 22-2500 rpm, and try to throw the truck into the ditch sideways.

If your gate is leaking, THAT will kill your spool up though.

Oh! I checked the gate, clamps had no soot around them from what I could see. I tightened the gate second after the secondary inlet, so It should be sealed. The way the secondary outlet clamp was positioned made it hard to see the leak.
