We can supply you with the entire rebuild kit. It would include pistons, bearings, seals and gaskets, glow plugs, oil cooler, and low pressure oil pump. We can also include fire ring head gaskets. We do the machine work for the fire rings in house. It is VERY critical that the surfaces be flat/true, and the depth be correct. I could recommend doing both the heads and the block.

We use Swain Tech Coatings for coating our pistons and bearings.

We can also coat the wrist pins and piston rings. The wrist pin coating provides less friction and the piston ring coating provides both lower friction and better sealing.

Also, make sure that whoever is doing your block work can torque plate hone it. And make sure that when you're filling the block that all the main studs and head studs are torqued as well.

Let me know if we can help!

How much power does your truck make?

Now... 550-650 range

Before.... I don't know. 66mm fed by a 95mm with 350/400's. Several times lost traction on a 55 mph roll. It was way to nasty for a dd, hence the power level it is now. A straight guess at hp before, maybe 800-900 range. It was way up there.

Fire ring is your only option, nothing else will live long in your application.

I got a set of the pistons from Jason. They are the chit. I went the King Ranch version. Coatings on the sides and top along with valve reliefs and bowl work.:jammin::jammin::pimp::pimp::shocked::shocked:

Jason is a good dude and I've never personally met him. He'll hook you up!
