So the key 'code' is stored in the IC.

I'm not sure if it would work but you could try swapping the PCM cluster and lock cylinder and key as a set, it MIGHT work since all the stuff is matched up.

But you'd have to re key your doors.

Never tried it before but I have usually had the tools at my disposal.

The problem is you need to put the seal and wear sleeve on at the same time to the same depth.

Do you know any dealer guys that could help you out in your area?

Been in contact with the two dealers around town and renting out tools is not an option, what I'm thinkin about doin is swapping the steering column, PCM, install clutch pedal assembly, swap brake pedals, and trans wiring harness first, then drop the auto driveline, pull the old rear main out and remove the rear cover, then trailer it to ford, get them to flash all the computers to match the vin of the manual PCM while also installing the new rear main and rear cover...shouldn't be too expensive and could trailer it home for the rest of the swap....any thoughts on this?

I don't use any special tool. I've put in a lot of 6.4 rear mains. They come with a plastic ring from ford. Use a small ballpeen and the plastic ring to drive the seal in while working around in circles. If you have a round seal driver the same size that makes it even easier. I've never had one leak yet.

Sent while hooked to something, somewhere, with my foot through the floor!

You could do that but you need a mechanic that can think on his own or is an enthusiast not just a wrench turner to pay the bills.

Make sure to return to stock before they flash it

Also, look into your tuning if it allows for a manual. I'm sure your tuner will set you up.
